Refund/ Cancellation Policy
- The Privacy Policy governs the use of this ONLINE Application.
- Fee once paid will not be refunded. However, if there is any excess payment for any reason whatsoever, the Candidate may file his/her claim with the Finance and Accounts Division of this Directorate with evidence.
- In case a candidate deposits his/her fee multiple times through same or different modes, the refund of the additional amount to the candidate shall be at the sole discretion of The Director/Controller of Examination, SCERT, Assam.
- Candidate are requested to provide the following details in support of their request for refund, Cancellation or unsuccessful transaction (if any):
- Candidate's Name
- Registration ID
- Transaction ID
- Date of Transaction
- Contact Number
